The 7 Minute Work Out

We’ve said time and time again how important it is to keep active whilst on lockdown. **Spoiler alert** we are probably going keep on saying that. But for those of you who don’t want to spend too much time exercising but still want to get the benefits of a full body work out why not try out the 7 Minute Work Out.. It’s been created as a form of High Intensity Circuit Training (HICT) which targets every area of the body and only requires a bit of floor space and a chair so theres really no reason you can’t give it a go!
