Ballyhome Self Catering Centre

Ballyhome is in a prime location on the North Coast, perfect for groups to take part in water based activities and enjoy the local beaches.

Ballyhome Centre provides a base for residential groups which are self- programming who want to engage in outdoor experiences or developmental group work programmes. 

Ballyhome is situated 3 miles outside Portrush and within minutes of White Rocks beach where groups can take part in group work and water based activities.  The centre is in a prime location for groups looking to explore Dunluce Castle, Carrickarede Rope Bridge or the Giant’s Causeway. 

Within the main building, there is a large kitchen and dining/social area for groups to relax in the evenings or to engage in group work sessions. 

Accomodation

Ballyhome Centre has accommodation for 34 young people and accompanying leaders in dorm style bedrooms within the main building.

There is also accommodation for a further 60 young people on the newly developed campsite with 2 camping pods available for supervising staff. 

The purpose built campsite has a toilet and shower block, outdoor kitchen and a wind drying tunnel for wet kit after a day of activities.

Groups staying after 11am on the day of departure will be charged additional day rate fee noted below.

All camp site rates are based on self-catering and self-programming, if your group require outdoor instructor support from EA Outdoor Learning services additional costs will apply based on need and subject to availability of staff.
