Post Lockdown Bucket List

As we are all staying safe at home it can be frustrating to think about all the things we can’t do. At Youth Online we like to spend most of our time focusing on what we can do and bringing you great activities to take part in to support your personal and social development. One thing we do know is that the lock down will end and there will be opportunities to take part in all your favourite activities.

So why not use this time to make a bucket list of all the places, people and activities that aren’t able to go to/spend time with/take part in. This will help you remember all the things that are really important to you once lockdown ends.

The list doesn’t need to be fancy, just grab a piece of paper and a pen or type it into the notes app on your phone. Every-time you get frustrated or annoyed about not being able to do something add it to this list and it will help you deal with those emotions but also help you stay focused on the fact that the lock down will end and you’ll have a better understanding of the things that are important to you.

You don’t need to share this list with anyone but if you want to why not post it to one of your social channels and tag EAYouthService and use the hashtag #stayconnected
